For more than twenty-five years, I led across international corporations, Big 4 consulting firms, and global humanitarian organisations. I carried authority, responsibility, and weight — until the inner life could no longer sustain what the outer life demanded.

The collapse was quiet. The rebuilding was slow. The Soul of the Leader is the framework that emerged from that breakdown, that repentance, and that long formation — not as theory, but as lived architecture.
